1. The shop will open up for a 2 week pre-order. So, you have 2 WEEKS to order something. This deadline is a harsh one. Doesn't matter if you're CEO or a new hire. I do not want to mess with the production time of everyone's orders because you wanted to order one more thing. That isn't fair to those who ordered on time. Please don't ask me to open the store up after the pre-order period is over. 

 

2. Please don't ask me or Jacob Deems, "Where's my stuff?", a week after the store has closed. This isn't Amazon. No Prime Shipping. If you ask me a couple or few weeks later, then some or most orders might be in or I'll have a clearer timeline for the rest of the orders (backorders can be a potential problem). Patience. Please and thank you.

3. The company store discount of 50% off 2 items only applies to 2 items. If you use the "TEAMRUSCO" promo code with more than 2 items in your cart, then your order will be cancelled and refunded and you won't be able to use the promo code again (for that specific store opening) since it's one use per customer. You can still order from the store after. 

 

4. You are to only use your work email ("name"@minnesotarusco/ruscokitchens/minnesotashowerandbath.com) while checking out. This helps with keeping track of all the people who've ordered from the store. If you use a personal email without consulting me, then your order will be canceled and refunded.

5. Please use the company address while filling out the delivery details section when checking out since you won't have orders delivered to your personal addresses. Address: 5010 Hwy 169 N New Hope, MN 55428.

6. If you have a hard time waiting for online orders, then carefully consider ordering in the first place. You can always consult with me too (see contact page).

7. There will be no size exchanges or returns of any kind. Our clothing vendor, CHUX Screen Printing, does not accept returns or exchanges of personalized apparel.

8. PLEASE LOOK AT SIZE CHARTS! PLEASE READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS! IF YOU'RE UNSURE ABOUT SIZING, THEN PLEASE FIND A TIME TO MEASURE YOURSELF OR HAVE SOMEONE HELP YOU!

9. If your clothing somehow gets destroyed, shredded, rips, dyed a different color, or spontaneously combusts after the first wash, then Minnesota Rusco will NOT reimburse you for your purchase. Other refunds/reimbursements TBD (click Refund Policy at the bottom of the page).

10. As of now, this store will be seasonal. Not open year round all the time cause we have to hit minimums. It'll be open more frequently though (maybe 4 times a year?)

11. Sizes +2XL of products will have their own product pages (EX: "NAME OF PRODUCT +2XL**) along with a $2.00 price increase from the original price of the same product under sizes 2XL and 3XL. This is how CHUX charges us for clothing +2XL. These sizes still apply to the same quantity buying rules mentioned above.

12. If an item doesn't specifically say "Men's" or "Women's" in the title, then treat that item as if it's unisex. PLEASE STILL LOOK AT SIZING. Side note: Women's options will be put at the beginning of each collection page and on the "Shop All" page as well.
